A CENTURY-LONG HISTORY

Our history starts in 1936

when Alfredo Spini went into the small trade of eggs and poultry. In just a few years, thanks to constant growth, the business expanded into the sale of fresh food products in general.

Since 1972, the “helm” has been in the hands of Alfredo’s son Fiorino, with the consequent setting up of the current SPINI UOVA COMPANY.
Over the years, thanks to the help of his wife FRANCA ROSSI, business has undergone consolidation with an expanding range of products on offer: traditional eggs in the shell have been joined by egg products in general, fresh poultry, as well as frozen and deep-frozen products.

In 2001, a new production facility was opened with a further expansion of the range of goods offered to customers through the introduction of dairy products.

The increase in production capacity was made possible after the owner’s four children, DAVIDE, LUCA, FEDERICA and ELISA joined the company.

The Spini Uova company, despite its longevity, is still a young, dynamic and constantly evolving concern, which does not forget the strong traditions of the land where it was born and grew up.
